Well, you could call him Bissa's right hand man. Ted Baker is (as well as being great friends with Bissa) extremely frightened of him. He is famous for his obesity and bakers hat.

Bissa is a rabbit . After overthrowing Don Fox, Bissa became the Mafia boss. He won't stop at anything to get exactly what he wants. Bissa is famous for his black sunglasses, large cigars and top hat.
